We have the ability to fund upstream asset’s acquisition & development from USD$ 30 million up to and above USD$ 500 million. Our readiness and interest in supporting transactions with the required funding is subject to satisfactory technical, legal and commercial due diligence on the asset, and the satisfaction of all condition’s precedent to a future financing Term sheet
